Seminar:
A Simple Planning Process To Achieve Your Goals
Wednesday April 21, 2004
9:30-10:30 AM

"We're doing WHAT?"

Each of us, as a business owner or customer, has had the experience of scratching our head and wondering why a business does something or says something that can turn away customers.

Especially when it's done to us. And, unfortunately, when we do it to others. Probably without realizing it.

Can you identify trouble spots within your business's approach to current or potential customers?
Do you know what your employees are saying to customers?
Do you have policies and procedures in place to help employees know how to respond to customers?

You are invited to a one hour workshop to explore these questions and to learn about strategies you can use to address them. Join other business owners to share your horror stories of customer service or your surprise at finding out something your employees were doing you didn't expect.

Each participant will be invited to contribute a tale of woe. It will be open season on looking at what our business is doing to see if it could be better, different, or produce more income.
