We developed a mission statement that brought into focus the association's new direction. We put together a game plan of presenting it to the past, current, and future state presidents and bringing the message to all regional meetings.

She has a successful sales background and has been with the franchiser approx. 3 years with some success -- enough to know much more could be accomplished.
She was focused on too many goals and loosing concentration on the selling process. The franchiser has a reporting system that appeared to be contributing the problem.
Action Taken:
We established a marketing system focused on three goals, prioritized them, and established a weekly reporting system to ProActive. The weekly follow up analysis identified strengths and weaknesses and sales took off.

ProActive designed and facilitated an employee meeting with all participating. We developed a strategic planning program that provided every member of the team:
- A crystal clear vision of the company's future
- A focus on the company's action plan to achieve the vision
- An understanding how their work contributes to the company's future success

The company has been a successful business for ten years. It has been named Washington DC's best child magician show for the last seven years by Washington Family magazine. They have been effective marketers using both standard and imaginative techniques to grow the business through the years.
Action Taken:
We went back and reviewed the past income producing tactics. Those were combined with new ideas in the show plus higher income producing shows. The company committed to an action plan with specific tactics and accomplishment dates.
A monthly report detailing progress in the plan put just enough pressure to move forward and increase income.
